The initial range will comprise four serves including Moscow Mule, Tom Collins, Paloma and Blood Orange & Hibiscus Vodka Soda
The premium cocktails have been created for the on-trade by a team of mixologists and culinary experts and use all-natural ingredients, no artificial flavours or sweeteners and are also gluten-free and vegan.
'As the premiumisation trend continues to grow, we’ve seen that canned cocktails mixed with the finest quality natural ingredients are not only the beverage of choice for many consumers, but also provide an efficient and effective cocktail offering for on-trade venues,' said Vacay founder Chris Caruso. 'We created Vacay as we wanted to provide an exciting option that tastes delicious, but also allows venues to provide the speed of service they require.'
Each serve contains the following ingredients:
Moscow Mule (6.5% abv) – triple-distilled Misty Isle Vodka, blended with ginger beer, lime juice and a dash of Angostrua bitters. The result is said to be tangy with a ginger kick.
Tom Collins (6.1% abv) – 58 Gin produced in Hackney Downs is paired with Sicilian lemon juice, soda water and a dash of natural cane sugar. The finish is described as being bright and botanical.
Paloma (5.7% abv) – Blanco Tequila made from double-distilled 100% Blue Weber agave in Mexico, mixed with pink grapefruit and lime juice then finished with soda water and natural sugarcane. The serve is described as being bittersweet and bright.
Blood Orange Vodka Soda (5.2% abv) – Misty Isle Vodka, mixed with blood orange juice and hibiscus syrup, topped with soda water. A light and refreshing serve.
