A decade in restaurant years is, like, at least 80 years in human years. And so it's no mean feat that Gordon Ramsay's Maze has reached this ripe old age.
And what better way to celebrate than with a tasting menu? The Mayfair restaurant is offering a celebratory seven-course menu for ten weeks, sadly not priced at ten pounds, but rather £75 per person. Head chef Alex Thiebaut has used the opportunity to look back fondly at the restaurant's past, featuring some of the restaurant's best dishes from over the years. One is the English Breakfast served in an eggshell, while another is a lobster dumpling, inspired by Ramsay's signature lobster ravioli dish.
Maze is part of Ramsay's 14-strong collection of restaurants in London, not to mention a total of 25 internationally, including seven Michelin stars.
Anniversary celebrations kick off at Maze on 9 September, carrying on until 18 November.
