We asked a range of brands to work with a bartender to develop a bespoke seasonal serve, hoping that the drinks featured here will give you inspiration for your own cocktail list and help you to add a seasonal twist to your drinks offer.

Bartender: Rhys Wilson, Happiness Forgets
'I was lucky enough to meet Dr Ivan Saldaña, who bestowed a small snippet of his vast knowledge about the intriguing and incredible agave plant,' says Wilson. 'I had a glass of Montelobos mezcal in my hand at the time and couldn't get the beautiful underlying tropical fruit note out of my head. It's an incredibly accessible mezcal, and we're still dealing with a general consumer perception that all mezcal is heavy, earthy and smoky.
I knew I could create a tasty drink with Montelobos, and Two Way Street aims to bring these elements to the table. All the secondary ingredients play a subtle role, aiming to be prominent, yet smooth, and simply create a drink with life rather than something too in your face.'

TWO WAY STREET
Garnish: Lime wedge
Method: Add all ingredients into a
cocktail shaker, shake and strain
over cubed ice, then garnish.
20ml Ancho Reyes
20ml lime juice
10ml agave syrup
5ml peach liqueur
1 dash Aphrodite Bitters
