Independent spirits merchant Symposium has unveiled Merchant's Choice, a new 'craft spirit selection' aimed at providing bartenders alternatives to mainstream brands

The new range consists of Guyanese White Rum, Classic Vodka, and London Dry Gin. They're packaged in a simple, lightweight bottle with a long neck 'for ease of use behind the bar'.

The rum is described as being 'light and fresh, with subtle notes of citrus and vanilla', while the gin is said to show bright notes of juniper, fresh citrus with spices in the background. The vodka, distilled from British wheat, is 'clean and crisp', with a 'smooth, generous mouthfeel'.

More expressions are currently being developed and will be added to the range later this year.

RRP £16.95/700ml. For trade enquiries, contact
