Multi-award winning pub operators the Three Cheers Pub Co has launched a new managed pub company in partnership with the Ei Group, called Six Cheers.

Three Cheers was launched in 2003 by school friends Tom Peake, Mark Reynolds and Nick Fox. The group owns seven pubs in south London including The Avalon, The Bolingbroke and The Latchmere.

Under the Ei Managed Investments model – which sees it partner with industry-leading managed house operators – Six Cheers will take on and ‘transform’ a number of sites currently part of the Ei’s estate, with the first site being the Bedford in Balham.

'We are absolutely delighted to be working alongside Ei Managed Investments and we are especially excited about taking on a venue as iconic as The Bedford,' Tom Peake of Three Cheers Pub Co. said. 'It’s a pub we’ve known all our lives and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to restore it to its former glory.'

This will be Ei Managed Investments’ eighth venture since its launch in May 2015, with 25 pubs now operating under the model.
