Club Soda's eighth Mindful Drinking Festival will be held from 30 July to 2 August and is free to attend
It will be streamed online this year, due to Covid-19 restrictions, and will be available on Club Soda's Facebook and YouTube channels.
With reports during the coronavirus pandemic detailing the uptake in moderate drinking and alcohol-free products, the Mindful Drinking Festival will give consumers, operators and hospitality workers alike an insight into the growing market of low and no alcohol drinks, including craft beers, wines, spirits, lower-sugar sodas, tonics and infusions, as well as how to incorporate mindful drinking into everyday life.
Topics such as sober socialising, dating, exploring creativity and the use of journaling will also be covered.

Key events include:
- Nearly 80 themed global talks and panels on the Champs Motivation Stage by influencers and experts, including us at Imbibe UK, on changing drinking habits and living healthier lifestyles.
- Over 60 low- and no-alcohol drinks sessions with virtual ‘meet the maker’, so people can meet the pioneers behind the brands.
- Cocktail masterclasses, beer tastings and drinks talks with the world's top experts.
Some of the speakers set to take part are Spencer Matthews, TV star and founder of low alcohol brand CleanSpirit; the author of Sober Curious, Ruby Warrington; Quit Like a Woman author Holly Whittaker, singer and songwriter Lucy Spraggan and many more from across the world.
'The UK is leading the growing mindful drinking movement as consumers make lifestyle choices to change their drinking habits,' said Laura Willoughby MBE, founder of Club Soda, the global Mindful Drinking Movement and head judge of our own No and Low Taste Awards. 'We are the leading market for low and no drinks and the rise in the wellness trend has seen this category explode in the last few years which has in turn driven growth in new markets across the world.'
